                                Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Cut the mushrooms into quarters, wash the bok choy and cut into pieces. Heat the oil in a wok.

                                Stir fry the strips of tofu 3 minutes. Then add the wok sauce and heat. Divide the noodles over the plates and scoop the vegetable-tofu mixture on top.
