  1. Peel onion and cut into wedges. Garlic peel and chop. Peel and halve potatoes. Clean roots and cut into large pieces. Cut pigs into large pieces. Chick peas drain.
  2. Serve onion, garlic, potatoes, winter carrot, pork slices, chickpeas, bay leaf and clove powder in a large casserole dish and pour in enough water to cover all ingredients. Bring completely to the boil. Put the fire down and let the dish simmer for about 1 hour. Meanwhile cut chorizo ​​into pieces. After about 1 hour, add sausage and cabbage to the stew and simmer for approx. 15 minutes. Remove meat from the pan and cut it small. Return the meat back to the pan and continue to heat for approx. 5 minutes. Season the stew with salt and pepper. Finely chop and sprinkle on parsley. Tasty with bread.
