Pork tenderloin with apples


A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tenderloins (approx. 300 g), salt and pepper, onion, butter or margarine, sour apple, cider, bouillon tablet and crème fraîche (125 ml).

Directions

  1. Spread the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  2. Peel and finely chop onions.
  3. Heat butter in frying pan.
  4. Add pork tenderloins and onion and sear meat.
  5. Turning the fire low.
  6. Meanwhile, peel apple and cut into quarters.
