Curry cuttings and bean-cheese salad


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken puffs (500 g), curry powder, olive oil, green beans, potato wedges (600 g, frozen), white wine vinegar, white cheese ((150 g), coarsely crumbled) and cress.

Directions

  1. Sprinkle the chicken puffs with the curry powder and salt and pepper. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Bake the chicken cloves in 15 min. Around golden brown and done.
  2. In the meantime, remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans. Cook the green beans for 8 minutes in water with salt until al dente.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Fry the potato wedges in 10 min. Until golden brown and done. Change regularly.
  4. Pour the green beans and rinse under running water. Mix them in a bowl with 3 tbsp oil and the vinegar. Scoop the cheese, cress and pepper and salt through.
  5. Spoon the potato wedges and chicken puffs on 4 plates and serve with the bean-cheese salad.
