Easy endive stew with cheese schnitzels
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: apples (eg Elstar), walnuts (55 g), mashed potatoes for stew (224 g), liquid margarine, cheese schnitzel (a 150 g), sliced endive (400 g) and curry powder.

Peel apples and cut into cubes.

Walnuts coarsely chop.

Prepare the puree according to the instructions for use.

Heat half of margarine in frying pan and bake cheese chops according to baking instructions.

Heat the rest of margarine in other frying pans and bake apple cubes for 2 minutes.

Add endive and curry powder and fry for 2 minutes.

Mix the endive mixture with puree.

Spread the stew with walnuts and serve with cheese schnitzels..
