Spicy tartlet with stir-fried vegetables
Tart tarts with potatoes, carrots, zucchini and chives.

Finely chop the onion and the courgette into half slices. Mix the onion with the chives and season with salt and pepper.

Roll the tarttails through this mixture and press well. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes. Halve the carrots and cook them for 10 minutes. Cut the onion into pieces.

Drain the potatoes and cut into thick slices. Drain the carrots. Heat 4/5 of the oil in a stirring stir fry the potatoes about 10 min.

Then add the carrots, the second onion and the zucchini and stir-fry for another 5 minutes. Add the chives and season with salt and pepper.

Heat a grill pan before. Brush the tartarons on both sides carefully with the oil and grill them 4-5 min. Per side.

Serve with the stir-fried vegetables.
