Cabbage soup with pork strips
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh ginger ((bag 150 g), peeled), soy sauce (bottle 250 ml), sesame oil (bottle 250 ml), garlic (finely chopped), fillet patties a la minute ((300 g), in strips), white rice, sunflower oil, Chinese cabbage (in strips), yellow bell pepper (in strips), red pepper (in rings), chicken stocklets, spring onions (3 pieces) and in rings).

Slice the ginger. Mix in a bowl with the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and the meat. Let marinate for 30 minutes.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a wok. Stir fry the meat with marinade 1 min. Add the cabbage, paprika and red pepper and stir fry for another 4 minutes. Add 1 1/2 liter of water and the bouillón tablets and bring to the boil. Scoop in 4 bowls and sprinkle with the spring onions. Serve the rice separately.
