Pesto spaghetti with tomato sauce and white cheese
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onions (chopped), carrot (grated), olive oil, tomato cubes (400 ml), wholemeal spaghetti, green pesto and white cheese cubes.

Sprout onion and carrot for 5 minutes in oil in frying pan.

Add tomatoes to vegetables and simmer for 10 min.

Covered.

Season the tomato sauce with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile in large pan, bring plenty of water and a little salt to the boil and cook the spaghetti in 10-12 minutes.

Spaghetti in colander, drain, transfer into bowl and mix with pesto.

Spread tomato sauce over four plates.

Place spaghetti on sauce and sprinkle with cheese cubes..
