Pork schnitzel with tuna mayonnaise
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic stalks, pork cutlets, anchovy fillets (drained), olive oil to cover, tuna naturel ((185 g), drained), capers, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Cut each garlic stalk lengthwise into 4 thin rods. Dab the cutlets dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle the top with pepper. Place 1 anchovy fillet on each schnitzel and spread the garlic stalk over it. Fold the meat double and stick with a cocktail stick. Brush the meat thinly on both sides with oil and sprinkle with pepper.
Puree the tuna with the capers and remaining anchovy fillets in a food processor or with a hand blender. Stir in the mayonnaise. Dilute the tuna mayonnaise with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Place the cutlets on a greased griddle over medium hot fire and grill them brown and cooked for 8-10 minutes per side. Serve with the tuna mayonnaise on it.
