Salad of quinoa, cucumber, tomato, Amsterdam onion and feta.

Halve the cucumber in the length and remove the seed lists with a teaspoon. Cut into bows.

Cut the tomatoes into wedges, parsley finely and crumble the feta.

Drain the onions. Mix the vegetables, parsley, cheese and onions through the quinoa on a large flat dish. Serve with the tzatziki.
