Greek gyros with tomato rice

Remove the seed lists from the tomatoes and cut the flesh into segments. Chop the onion.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry half of the onion 2 min. Add the rice and tomato and stir fry 1 min.

Pour the hot water in, bring to the boil and scoop. Put the lid on the pan and cook the rice on low heat 10 min. Until the moisture is absorbed.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and the fruit the rest of the onion. Add the meat and cook in 8 min. Brown and done. Change regularly.

Remove the leaves from the lettuce. Spoon with the olives in a bowl. Cut the parsley fine. Scoop ⅔ of the parsley with salt and pepper through the rice.

Divide the rice over plates. Add the meat and sprinkle with the rest of the parsley. Serve with the salad.
