Pasta with tuna-capers sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, macaroni (multigrain), winter carrots, lemon, olive oil, onions, garlic, romes (250 g), tuna pieces in olive oil (a 160 g) and capers (a 100 g).

Cook the macaroni according to the instructions.

Shelling winterpenes and coarsely grating.

Peel of lemon grating.

Squeeze out the lemon.

From 3 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice (rest is not used), lemon zest, salt and pepper dressing stir.

Drain the tuna, add and co-heat for 2 minutes.

Add capers and tomatoes and co-heat for another 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Mixing macaroni with tuna mixture.
