Sauerkraut soup with chicken
Chicken soup with sauerkraut, chicken breast and paprika.

Chop the onion and press the garlic. Heat butter in a soup pan and fry the onion with garlic in 5 min. Light brown.

Sprinkle the flour and cumin over it and fry for a further 1 min.

Add a dash of stock and stir with a wooden ladle to a smooth sauce. Add the rest in shoots and bring to the boil.

Mix in the sauerkraut and let the soup simmer for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle the chicken fillets with pepper.

Heat the rest of the butter in a frying pan and fry the fillets brown and cooked for about 6 minutes per side. Cut the chicken filets into slanting slices and place each in a deep plate.

Cut the peppers into cubes and stir in the soup. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the soup over the plates.
