Chop the onion. Squeeze out the garlic. Cut the pepper into strips.

Heat the oil in a high pan. Fry the onion, garlic and half of the paprika for 4 minutes on medium heat.

Pour in the pot of tomato sauce, let it simmer for 5 minutes and puree the sauce with the hand blender. Season with salt and pepper.
