Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in frying pan. Bake meat strips for about 2 minutes. Drain sauerkraut and pineapple. Cut some pineapple pieces slightly smaller. Grease microwave dish with the rest of the butter.

Serve half of sauerkraut, half of pineapple, half of meat strips and half of potato slices in layers. Repeat again. Pour over the cream.

Finish the dish and simmer for about 15 minutes at full power (700 watts) and heat up.
