Directions

  1. Prepare the pancake mix according to the instructions on the package with the milk and 4 eggs until smooth. Cook the rest of the eggs hard.
  2. Heat a dash of baking product and fry the onion, paprika, cauliflower, zucchini and peas for about 4 minutes. Spoon the curry paste to taste and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Place wedges of hard-boiled egg on them. Heat a little baking product in a frying pan and fry pancakes from the batter. Serve the curry with the pancakes.
