Meat curry with naan bread
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, basmati rice (bag 1 kg), oil, beef mince (300 g), mushrooms ((250 g), in quarters), oriental wok vegetables (400 g), Indian tikka masala (stir-fry sauce (520 g) )) and naan bread (garlic and coriander (2 pieces)).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the minced meat in 2-3 min. Add the mushrooms and the wok vegetables and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the stir-fry sauce and heat the curry for 4-5 min. Change regularly. Cut the flatbread into broad strips and roast them in the toaster.

Spoon the rice into 4 bowls and spread the minced curry over it. Serve with the flat bread.
