Capuchin dish with mini hot dogs
Vegetable dish with capuchin, celery, garlic, onion, bacon strips, mini hot dogs and baguette.
Chop the onion, finely chop the garlic and cut the celery into bows.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the bacon cubes, onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Mix in the celery and cook for another 2 minutes.
Rinse the capuchins in a colander under cold running water and add to the pan. Heat for 5 minutes on low heat. Scoop occasionally.
Meanwhile, put the sausages with their own moisture in a saucepan and heat for 5 minutes without cooking.
Put the capuchin dish on the plates and place the sausages. Serve with the baguette.
