Noodles with turkey and pistachio nuts


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, stir-fry, stir-fry oil, turkey breast à la minute ((about 350 g) in strips), young capuchins (frozen), snow peas (frozen), soy sauce, sambal bath (or manis) and peeled pistachio nuts ((55 g) coarsely chopped).

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles in 2 minutes according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Drain the noodle into a colander and rinse it under running cold water.
  3. Let the noodle drain well in the colander.
  4. Heat the wok on high heat and add the stir frying oil as the wok light evaporates.
  5. Fry the turkey strips in 1-2 minutes on high heat around brown.
  6. Add the frozen capuchins and snow peas and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are al dente.
  7. Put the noodles through and stir fry for another 1 minute until the noodles are hot.
  8. Season with the soy sauce and sambal.
  9. Divide the noodles over four bowls and sprinkle with the pistachio nuts..
