Braised endive and lamb's sausage
Dutch endive with yellow rice, red pepper, garlic, white cheese and lamb sausages.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the stalk of the endive and cut the leaf into strips. Was the endive. Remove the seeds from the pepper, cut into strips. Cut the garlic into slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pepper and garlic for 1 min.

Add the endive in portions and smother with the lid on the pan over medium heat for 4 min. Add the cheese cubes and reduce for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan. Fry the sausages in 7 min. Around brown and done. Divide the rice and endive over the plates. Put the sausages on it.
