Burritos filled with beef


A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red peppers, tomatoes, lime, onion, bacon, oil, minced beef, garlic, oregano, salt and (freshly ground) pepper and wrapt tortillas (a 4 pieces).

Directions

  1. Clean peppers. Roast peppers in dry frying pan until they smell. Chop peppers. Tart into tomatoes, soak for a few seconds in boiling water, skinn, remove seeds and cut flesh into cubes. Lime squeezing. Peel and chop onions. Chop breakfast bacon.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan and fry bacon and onion for about 2 minutes. Add the minced meat and bake in a cup of flour. Peel the garlic and press it over it. Add peppers, tomatoes, lime juice and oregano and simmer for approx. 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Warm tortillas according to instructions. Prepare minced meat in a bar and roll up tortillas or fold the bottom first and then fold the sides over the filling. Place two burritos on four plates. Serve with avocado dip sauce, sour cream and fresh green salad.
