Halve the snow peas possibly, boil for 3 minutes, drain and rinse cold water.

Cook the pasta al dente and drain.

Slice the arugula slightly smaller.

Heat the olive oil with the lemon juice and the snow peas.

Add salt and pepper and pour in the pasta, rocket and ricotta.

Serve the pasta sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
