Egg noodles with mushrooms and cashew nuts
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: Chinese egg noodles (250 g), chestnut mushrooms (250 g), oyster mushrooms (150 g), stir-fry oil, garlic, sugar snaps (200 g), sweet soy sauce and unsalted cashew nuts.

Prepare Mie according to instructions.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.

Heat in wok oil, press the garlic over it and stir-fry for 1 min.

Mushrooms and sugarsnaps and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Stir in soy sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Divide the Mie and the vegetable mixture over four plates.
