Couscous with shawarma and green beans
A nice Moroccan recipe. The lactose-free main course contains the following ingredients: meat, traditional olive oil and chilled whole green beans (bag of 250 g).

Pour the boiling water onto the couscous and let stand for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, cut the onion into rings.

Heat in a stirring olive oil and cook over a high heat in about 2 minutes. The shawarma meat is already brown.

Spoon the onion and the green beans through it and let it cook for about 2 minutes.

Stir in the chilli sauce and the water and let it simmer for approx. 3 minutes. Meanwhile, add the rest of the oil to the couscous.

Heat the couscous gently in about 2 minutes and make a fry with a fork. Spoon the couscous into deep plates.

Season the shawarma with pepper and possibly. salt and serve on the couscous.
