Chop the onion. Cut the winter carrot into half slices and the celery in bows. Stir fry the vegetables for 5 minutes in the oil.

Add the finely chopped beef and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add the sugo and bring it to the boil while stirring.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packaging. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and pour in the spaghetti.
