Tortelloni with roquefort sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tomatoes, tortellini verdi (pasta, coolers, a 250 g), semi-skimmed milk, roquefort (cheese), balsamic dressing (bottle of a 250 ml), arugula (lettuce, 75 g) and walnuts (50 g) ).

Cut tomatoes into wedges.

Prepare tortelloni according to directions on the package.

Heat milk.

Roquefort into pieces and stir into milk.

Melt.

Add 2 tbsp balsamic dressing and simmer for 2 min.

Create tortelloni by roquefort sauce.

Combine tomatoes, rocket salad and 6 tbsp balsamic dressing.

Create tortelloni on 4 deep plates.

Spread the salad over 4 bowls, sprinkle walnuts over it..
