Thai salmon packages with crayfish and bok choy

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Mix the ingredients for the marinade.

Cut 4 pieces of baking paper of 25x25 cm. Divide the salmon and crayfish over the pieces of baking paper.

Fold the edges of the baking paper up, pour half of the marinade over the fish and sprinkle with the red pepper, spring onions and slices of lime. Fold the packages tightly and bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes.

In the meantime prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Heat a wok with the rest of the marinade, bok choy, and paprika and stir-fry approximately 4 minutes.

Add the bean sprouts and the drained noodles and stir them for another minute. Remove the salmon packages from the oven, open them carefully and serve with the noodles and stir-fry vegetables.

Sprinkle the salmon packages with the coriander.
