Chicken drumsticks 'paniki' with cucumber stir-fry
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, rice (white (bag 1 kg)), oil, chicken drumsticks (about 575 g), onions (in parts), boemboe ajam paniki (125 g), sliced cabbage (300 g), cucumber (in strips) and carrot julienne (150 g).

Boil the rice according to the directions on the package, keep the cooking water.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken drumsticks around brown.

Remove the chicken drumsticks from the pan, scoop half of the onion in the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Add the Bumbu spice and 300 ml of cooking water from the rice, put the chicken drumsticks back in the pan, place the lid on the pan and simmer the chicken drumsticks for about 20 minutes.

Turn them occasionally.

Heat in a stirring remainder of the oil and stir fry the rest of the onion and cabbage for 3-5 minutes.

Spoon the cucumber and the carrot julienne and stir fry for 1 minute.

Serve the chicken drumsticks 'Paniki' with the white rice and the cucumber stir-fry..
