Cut the pork tenderloins in length. Make a filling of spring / spring onions, bacon or bacon, ketjapmarinadeanis or soy sauce, sambal bathrobe, garlic and apricot jam or orange marmalade.

Fill the pork tenderloins with this mixture and fix with cocktail sticks. Season with salt and pepper.

Fry the pork tenderloins in the butter or the liquefied baking product for about 15 minutes until tender and golden brown. Remove the meat from the pan and keep warm under aluminum foil.

Stir the sherry, cooking cream and red pepper through the cooking fat.

Cut the pork tenderloin into slices and serve with the sauce.
