Oriental meat skewers with rice salad


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ham slices, sweet soy sauce, vinegar, oil, white rice, peppers, pineapple pieces (234 g), chili sauce (500 ml) and lettuce with garden herbs (200 g).

Directions

  1. cut hamlets into 20 long thin slices (2 x 10 cm).
  2. Mix the soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp oil, add the meat, shovel and let it infuse for 5 minutes.
  3. Stick slices of meat lengthwise to satésticks.
  4. Meanwhile, cook according to the instructions for use.
  5. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  6. Clean peppers and cut into strips.
  7. Mix rice with pineapple, paprika, leftover vinegar, 2 tbsp oil, 8 tbsp chili sauce and pineapple juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  8. In hot grill pan or on barbecue, skewers skewer to roast brown and cooked (approx.
  9. 4 min.).
  10. Beat by creating rice salad.
  11. Spread meat skewers with rice salad over 4 plates.
  12. Add chilli sauce separately..
