Apricot couscous with chicken cloves
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken puffs (about 640 g), chicken herbs, olive oil, onion, vortexed apricots (à 200 g), couscous, cinnamon powder, herb broth powder, fresh coriander, (cayenne) pepper and Zaziki (200 g) .

Sprinkle chicken with chicken herbs.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in pan.

Chicken in brown and cooked for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and cut.

Cut apricots into strips.

Heat oil residues in other pan.

Bake about 3 minutes.

Prepare apricots, couscous and cinnamon.

Add broth powder and 4 dl of boiling water.

Warm for about 1 minute on a low heat.

Take the pan of fire and leave it covered for approx.

4 minutes.

Unscrew couscous with fork.

Cut coriander into pieces and season with pepper.

Spread couscous over four bowls.

Put chicken on it and create zaziki about it.

Serve with cucumber salad..
