Apricot couscous with chicken cloves


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken puffs (about 640 g), chicken herbs, olive oil, onion, vortexed apricots (à 200 g), couscous, cinnamon powder, herb broth powder, fresh coriander, (cayenne) pepper and Zaziki (200 g) .

Directions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with chicken herbs.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in pan.
  3. Chicken in brown and cooked for about 20 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, peel and cut.
  5. Cut apricots into strips.
  6. Heat oil residues in other pan.
  7. Bake about 3 minutes.
  8. Prepare apricots, couscous and cinnamon.
  9. Add broth powder and 4 dl of boiling water.
  10. Warm for about 1 minute on a low heat.
  11. Take the pan of fire and leave it covered for approx.
  12. 4 minutes.
  13. Unscrew couscous with fork.
  14. Cut coriander into pieces and season with pepper.
  15. Spread couscous over four bowls.
  16. Put chicken on it and create zaziki about it.
  17. Serve with cucumber salad..
