Thai fish balls with noodle salad


A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, red peppers (seed strips removed), lime (scrubbed), ground lemongrass (15 g dish), cod fillet, egg (beaten), garlic (finely chopped), Thai fish sauce (bottle 250 ml), flour , green beans (cleaned), noodles (250 g), brown sugar (bag 500 g) and sunflower oil.

Directions

  1. Cut the red peppers into thin strips. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit.
  2. Put the lemongrass, the cod, the egg, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp fish sauce and the flour in the food processor and grind briefly to a smooth mass. In a bowl with 1 red pepper, mix the lime zest and salt to taste. Form 8 balls with moist hands. Press it a little flat.
  3. Cook the green beans for about 8 minutes until done. Drain and let cool. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Make a dressing of the lime juice, the sugar and the rest of the red pepper, fish sauce and garlic. Mix the green beans with the noodles and the dressing.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish balls for about 3 minutes until done. Serve the balls with the salad. Tasty with coarsely chopped peanuts.
