Spicy wok rice with salmon
Fried rice with bok choy, paprika and red onion with salmon fillet with green pepper sauce and a little mint.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, cut the onion in half rings and the bell pepper into cubes.

Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the onion for 1 min. Add the peppers and bok choy and fry the vegetables in 4 min. Until crispy.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle the salmon with the pepper sauce and salt.

Fry the fillets brown in 2 min. And rosé on the inside. Spoon the rice through the vegetables and fry for 1 min on a high heat.

Cut the leaves of the fresh mint into strips. Season the rice with the pepper sauce and fresh mint and scoop on the plates. Put the salmon there.
