Spicy wok rice with salmon
Fried rice with bok choy, paprika and red onion with salmon fillet with green pepper sauce and a little mint.
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the onion for 1 min. Add the peppers and bok choy and fry the vegetables in 4 min. Until crispy.

Fry the fillets brown in 2 min. And rosé on the inside. Spoon the rice through the vegetables and fry for 1 min on a high heat.
Cut the leaves of the fresh mint into strips. Season the rice with the pepper sauce and fresh mint and scoop on the plates. Put the salmon there.
