Remove the stem of the carrots and cut into 1 cm sloping pieces.

Heat the peanut oil in a frying pan and fry the carrot, celery salt and pepper for 8 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, cut the spring onion into thin rings and finely chop the lettuce. Let the chicken drain. Put the lentils in a colander, rinse and drain.

Mix the lentils, spring onion, carrot and salad on a plate. Divide the chicken over it. Drizzle with hazelnut oil and sprinkle with pepper.
