Steak with mustard sauce and French fries
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tomatoes, salad dress natural, lamb's lettuce (a 75 g), steak (at room temperature), butter, microwave fries (natural (125 g)), coarse mustard, crème fraîche (half-fat and a 125 ml).

Halve tomatoes, remove seeds and cut flesh into pieces.

Mix tomato and dressing with lamb's lettuce.

Spread the steak with pepper.

In frying pan with butter in 2-3 min.

Per side brown and inside rosé fry.

Prepare microwave fries according to the instructions for use.

Combine mustard, 1 tbsp water and crème fraîche with shortening and heat for 1 min.
