A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tomatoes, salad dress natural, lamb's lettuce (a 75 g), steak (at room temperature), butter, microwave fries (natural (125 g)), coarse mustard, crème fraîche (half-fat and a 125 ml).

Directions

  1. Halve tomatoes, remove seeds and cut flesh into pieces.
  2. Mix tomato and dressing with lamb's lettuce.
  3. Spread the steak with pepper.
  4. In frying pan with butter in 2-3 min.
  5. Per side brown and inside rosé fry.
  6. Prepare microwave fries according to the instructions for use.
  7. Place the steak on a hot plate (under aluminum foil).
  8. Combine mustard, 1 tbsp water and crème fraîche with shortening and heat for 1 min.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Serve salad, fries and steak with sauce..
