Chicken with sprouts, za'atar and pear
Brussels sprouts and chicken with pear and za'atar.

Boil the sprouts in a pan of water in 5 minutes until al dente.

In the meantime, remove the skin from the sausage with a knife. Mix the thyme with the za'atar. Heat the oil in a stirring and add the sausage meat.

Using a spatula, press the sausage into coarse pieces and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add the sprouts and half of the seed mixture and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Take the wok from the heat and season with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, heat the sweet potato mash according to the instructions on the package in the microwave.

Cut the pears into quarters and remove the core. Divide the rest of the seed mixture over the pear.

Garnish the chicken-sprout mixture with the pine nuts and serve with the pear and sweet-potato puree.
