Peel the oranges thick and cut the fruit into thin slices.

Place the orange slices next to each other on 4 plates.

Heat the olive oil and fry the garlic with half of the shrimp for about 3 minutes until they are pink in color. (The other half is used with the paella).

Fry the chorizo and parsley for 2 minutes.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing.

Divide the shrimp with chorizo over the orange.

Sprinkle the dressing over it and place a piece of rucola (possibly slightly smaller).
