Cold cucumber soup with dill
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: snack cucumber, shallot, butter, garden powder bouillon, dill, sour cream, old-fashioned biscuit and salt and pepper.

Cucumber wash, halve in length and scrape out with teaspoon seeds.

Cut cucumber into pieces.

Shall scallop and chop.

Heat in butter.

Carve the shallots for about 2 minutes.

Add cucumber pieces, bouillon tablet and 1/4 liter of water.

Cucumber gently boil for about 8 minutes.

Dill mincing.

Puree soup with hand blender.

Stir in dill and sour cream and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Let cool.

Soup in espresso cups and serve with a thin layer of roasted old-fashion cake..
