Oysters with vinaigrette
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, shallot (chopped), red wine vinegar, lime (scrubbed), soy sauce, lemon (scrubbed), flat parsley (leaf chopped), black pepper (38 g), ice cubes and oysters.

Mix the shallot and the vinegar in a bowl. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. In a different bowl, mix 1 tbsp limes, 1 tbsp lime juice and the soy sauce. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. In a third bowl, mix 1 tbsp lemon zest, 3 tbsp lemon juice, the parsley and 2 tbsp water. Season the dressings with the black pepper.

Wrap the ice cubes in a tea towel and beat them with a frying pan. Divide over a scale. Wrap a towel around one hand and hold an oyster with the convex side of the palm. Insert the oyster knife between the two shell halves and carefully pry them loose. Cut the oyster from the shell and place the shell on the ice. Repeat with the other oysters. Serve the dressings.
