Patties with fried snails
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, snails (212 g), shallot, parsley, Ardennes ham, puff pastry (puff pastry), butter or margarine, clove of garlic, thyme, dry white wine, crème fraîche, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Preheat oven to 175 ° C or gas oven 3.
