Salad with warm marinated figs and blue cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, liquid honey, salt and freshly ground black pepper, fresh figs, oakleaf lamella with arugula and blue cheese (eg blue stilton).

Mix in oil, vinegar and honey until dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Figs each cut into 4 parts and put segments in dressing. Let Figs marinate for about 5 minutes. Spoil occasionally. Take figs out of dressing and place on peel in oven dish; store dressing. Meanwhile, spread over four plates and break up cheese over it. Cover plates and baking dish with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator until use.

Preheat the oven grill. Place the baking dish with figs just under the grill for approx. 3 minutes. Spread warm figs over plates with lettuce. Stir dressing and sprinkle over salad.
