Perline with spring vegetables
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, snow peas (fresh), carrots, herbal stock, perline (with raw ham, fresh (pasta)), whipped cream (23% fat), grated Parmesan cheese, fresh basil (finely chopped) and spinach.

Halve the snow peas in the length and cut the carrots into slices.

Meanwhile, bring 800 ml of water to the boil in a large pan with the bouillon tablets. Add the snow peas and carrot and gently boil for 3 minutes. Add the perline and cook the soup for another 4 minutes.

Beat the cream stiffly and pour in the cheese and basil.

Taste and season the soup with salt and pepper. Stir the spinach leaves through the soup and spoon the soup directly into 4 deep plates. Spoon a tuft of cream into each plate and add the rest separately. Delicious with Italian breadsticks.
