Carrot mousse with roquefort
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: winter carrot, roquefort (blue veal cheese) and cayenne pepper.
Peel the winter carrot and cut it into tiny blocks.
Cook the carrot cubes in a bottom of water with salt in 10 minutes until done.
Prepare the cubes with a fork through half of the roquefort.
Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
Put eight tablespoons ready.
Using two teaspoons, scoop each time a ball of carrot mousse on a spoon.
Crumble the rest of the cheese over it..
