Creamy cauliflower soup with mushroom layer
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: cauliflower, chestnut mushrooms, butter, forest mushroom bouillon tablet, cream cheese natural (100 g) and fresh chives (a 25 g).

Clean the cauliflower and divide it into florets, cutting the stalks into pieces.

Cauliflower in 500 ml water for 10 minutes.

Clean mushrooms and cut into small pieces.

Heat butter in frying pan and cook the mushrooms for about 5 minutes and evaporate the moisture.

Sprinkle mushrooms with salt and pepper.

Blend cauliflower in water with hand blender or food processor.

Bring cauliflower soup to the boil and add bouillon tablets and leave to roast.

Mix cream cheese with soup and let it melt with stirring.

Grind chives.

Season the soup with salt and pepper.

Distribute soup over four plates / bowls.

Create chives by mushroom.
