A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, mangoes ((2 pieces), ready to eat), coriander (a 15 g), Parma ham (75 g) and extra virgin olive oil.

Directions

  1. Peel the mangoes and cut the pulp from the pit. Cut the mango into slices. Keep a few sprigs of coriander behind and cut the rest fine. Scoop with the mango.
  2. Divide the ham over 4 plates, put the mango on top and sprinkle with the oil. Garnish with the retained twigs of coriander and sprinkle with pepper.
