Cocktail of spicy fruits de mer with tomato
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: Tasty Tom tomatoes, fruits de mer, sweet chilli sauce, fresh basil (finely chopped), lime (in 5 parts) and rocket salad.

Halve the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds. Cut the tomatoes into thin parts.

Mix the fruits de mer with chilli sauce and basil in a large bowl and add some juice of 1 part lime to taste. Spoon the wedges of tomato lightly. Leave the flavors in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Slice the leaves may be slightly smaller. Divide the lettuce over 4 straight glasses or slices and spoon the spicy fruits de mer on them. Garnish with a lime wedge. Delicious with cassava chips.
