Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package and let it stand out.
  2. Let the bacon cubes slowly bake in a frying pan and add the onion, oregano and garlic. Cook for a few more minutes.
  3. Add the tomato paste and let it stir for one minute while stirring.
  4. Add the tomato cubes and simmer for about 5 minutes at medium height.
  5. Stir in the kidney beans and let it warm for a few more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Heat the tortilla wraps according to the instructions on the package and spoon a spoonful of rice and a spoonful of bean sauce on each tortilla. If necessary, close and serve immediately.
