Mix the ground beef with 1 chopped onion, egg, garlic, red pepper, salt and bread to a firm mass.

Shape balls. Pour in satépicks and knead long minced sausages from the prokers, these are the köfte.

Fry the rest of the onion in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Scoop the rice through and fry it for a while.

Add the cinnamon powder, the orange zest and juice and the stock. Boil the rice in it.

Drizzle the köfte with the rest of the olive oil and roast them in a hot frying pan around brown and cooked. Serve the köfte on the pilav. If possible, extend the meal with a green salad.
