Grilled pork fillet steak with ratatouille

Heat three tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet.

Fry the onion with half the garlic in two minutes.

Cut the peppers, tomatoes, eggplant and courgettes into cubes.

Combine this with the herbs and some salt and freshly ground pepper.

Smother the vegetables covered for fifteen minutes on low heat until they are soft and in a nice sauce.

Stir frequently.

Rub the pork fillets with salt, pepper and cinnamon and brush them with olive oil.

Bake them in a hot grill pan in a maximum of ten minutes nicely browned and cooked, turn them regularly.

Place the pork fillet patties on hot plates and spoon the ratatouille next to it.
