South African minced meat pie (boboti)
A nice South African recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, half-to-half-minced, eggs, white bread, tutti frutti (finely chopped), garnish almonds ((65 g), coarsely chopped), curry powder, buttermilk, turmeric (jar of 44 g) and sweet chilli sauce.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the minced brown and fry.

Meanwhile, beat 1 egg with 2 tbsp water in a deep plate.
