A nice South African recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, half-to-half-minced, eggs, white bread, tutti frutti (finely chopped), garnish almonds ((65 g), coarsely chopped), curry powder, buttermilk, turmeric (jar of 44 g) and sweet chilli sauce.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the minced brown and fry.
  3. Meanwhile, beat 1 egg with 2 tbsp water in a deep plate.
  4. Praise the bread with a fork.
  5. Remove the excess fat from the pan.
  6. Mix the soaked bread, the tuttifrutti, the chopped almonds, the curry powder and salt and pepper to taste through the mince.
  7. Spoon the mince mixture into the tart mold and smooth.
  8. Bake the cake in the middle of the oven in 30 minutes, almost done.
  9. In a measuring cup, beat the rest of the eggs with the buttermilk and the turmeric loose.
  10. Pour the egg mixture onto the mince pie and continue to bake for about 15 minutes until the egg is solidified and golden brown.
  11. Let it cool down.
  12. Serve with chili sauce.
  13. Delicious with basmati rice and carrot salad..
